'The Will Lady' - simply a descriptive brand name for the well-established legal services company, Entrust Legal Services, working with clients throughout Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. We are a proud associate of Collective Legal Solutions, a leading national network of highly trained and accredited estate planning professionals and an affiliate member of the Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners. We are fully insured for professional indemnity (£3m) and work to a strict ethical code of conduct.

We specialise in all forms of Will Writing and Estate Planning - that's all we do. We visit you in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you. We know our subject but avoid legal 'jargon', taking the time to explain things which may be unfamiliar to you, and always acting sensitively and with genuine caring.   We only charge fixed fees for our work, regardless of how complex or complicated your affairs may be. This way, our clients always know how much a service costs in advance.

Because we visit you, our prices are much lower than 'high street charges' for similar work. We even return all your documents back to you, personally, and are present while they are signed and witnessed. We take the worry out of legal work, for YOU.

Your consultation is free of charge and you will be put under no pressure or obligation, although in practice most clients proceed straight away or after a single follow-up meeting - we must be doing something right!
