Client Care

Client Care is of paramount importance to us and our aim is to provide a first class service at all times. All Collective Legal Solutions Associates (in this case The Will Lady @ Entrust Legal Services) are trained and equipped with the relevant knowledge to provide solutions to the vast majority of estate planning issues. The work of our Associates is carefully governed by our Code of Practice. Our Head Office legal department will produce all legal documentation to the highest possible standards. It is the quality of our service that sets us apart from other estate planning providers.

At every consultation our Associate will make an assessment of mental capacity, duress and consent. The Associate may request time alone with each individual client to make these assessments and in certain extreme circumstances, a doctors note may be required for confirmation of capacity.

The Company

Collective Legal Solutions is a trading style owned and operated by Dovedon Limited and CLS Probate Limited, both of The John Banner Centre, 620 Attercliffe Road, Sheffield, S9 3QS. The Associate is a self-employed representtive of these companies.

Confidentiality and Data Retention

All information about our clients is kept safe and secure in line with Data Protection legislative requirements (Data Protection Act 1998). A full copy of our Data Retention policy is available on request.

Society of Will Writers

We are members of the Society of Will Writers and abide by their Code of Conduct. The primary objectives of the Society of Will Writers are advancement, education and the maintenance of ethical standards within the will writing profession. Charging

We are proud of the quality of service we provide and the price at which we are able to provide it. All fees are transparent and fixed, your Estate Planning Associate will make you aware of these fees after an initial consultation to assess your requirements.

Our standard payment procedure requires payment of the legal document production fee at time of taking instructions. This is due to the nature of the work and the expertise involved in producing legal documentation, but may be varied from time to time at the discretion of the Associate.

Complaints

We continuously look to improve our services and welcome constructive comments. These can be made to the ‘Customer Relations Department'. However if you feel aggrieved at an aspect of the service you have received from us you can obtain a copy of our complaints procedure by visiting our website www.collectivelegalsolutions.co.uk or by writing to us.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

All legal documentation produced by Dovedon Limited trading as Collective Legal Solutions is covered by our £3m Professional Indemnity Insurance policy providing you with complete peace of mind.

Your Right to a Refund

You are entitled to a seven day cancellation period during which you may cancel your instruction. In such circumstance you are entitled to a full refund. After the expiration of the seven day period a refund may be made at the discretion of Collective Legal Solutions. Any refund outside of the seven day period is likely to be the total amount paid less any costs incurred.

Storage of Legal Documents

(As of February 2011) we will store your legal documents (Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Title Deeds) in our Head Office Secure Storage facility free of charge, returning them to you or your family when required.

Once we receive your signed documents for secure storage, we will performa legal check to ensure they are correctly signed and valid. We will then provide you with two Certificate of Custody documents.

Executor and Trustee duties

As specialists in this area of the law we are able to guide you and/or your family and perform probate duties at your direction. We are committed to providing you with an outstanding service at an affordable price. Whether you appoint us as Executor in your Will, or your family approach us for assistance in the future, we guarantee a professional, efficient service and excellent value for money.
