Your Will is a very important legal document, containing directions to pass assets on to your loved ones. Your Will gives away all that you have ever worked and saved for, to those you care about most. It needs to be found by the right people, at the right time and it must be in good condition (staples, even paper clips attaching items to Wills can invalidate them).

When we prepare your Will we also offer you the opportunity to keep your documents safe in secure vault storage and make sure they can be retrieved properly when needed. You can also keep a Lasting Power of Attorney and your House deeds together with your Will in this arrangement.  We will provide Certificate(s) of Custody for you and your Executors with the contact details you need and your unique storage reference. We will also provide copies of your Wills if required for you to refer to easily at home.

No worries about losing or damaging your documents through fire, flood, theft or other. And no risk of them falling into the wrong hands. The only people who are allowed to access your documents are you, during your lifetime, or your executors after your death. 

We also guarantee that your documents are safeguarded in an ongoing secure facility even in the unlikely event that Collective Legal Solutions were ever to cease trading. (Under SWW membership arrangements).
